Anderson covering partial pay- <br />ment for contract on drilling water well. <br /> <br />On motion of Trnstee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the citation against Albert Hoffman to show cause <br />why license at 108 E. Fourth Street should not be revoked <br />was dismissed on condition that he furnish a bond of <br />$4S0.00 and in event that he does not remain in business <br />at said location for ninety days that he will pay a <br />license of $5.00 a day for the time he is in business. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the property located at 1908 W. Fifth Street was <br />ordered posted for special use and hearing date set <br />November 2Sth, to comply with the application of the <br />Standard Oil Company to erect a pump station. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by C~haney and car- <br />ried, the application of Arthur ~. Angle to erect a ser- <br />vice station on the Southv~est corner of Sixth & Sycamore <br />Streets, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the application of F. A.~ ~asson to move a three <br />room frame duplex from the Southeast corner of Bishop & <br />Broadway to 40S S. Garnsey Street, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chaney and car- <br />ried, the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to execute <br />agreement ~'ith the Southern Pacific Comp~any covering the <br />opening of Santa Ana Boulevard, widening of Flower Street <br />and opening of Broadway. <br /> <br />An Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana establishing <br />Set-back Lines upon North Flower Street, on both sides of <br />said street, from the North line of Tract No. 7~8 to the <br />South line of Santa Clara Avenue if extended Westerly." <br /> <br />was introduced, filed, read, considered and referred back <br /> <br />to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Ch~Luey, seconded by Kelly and car- <br /> <br />ried, the ~ity Council adjourned to Monday, November 28th <br />1929, ~t ?:$0 P.~I., in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br />City C~e r ky~ <br /> <br /> <br />
