No. 2090 <br /> <br />Intention--Alley <br /> <br />Block A, Hawkins Addn. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />This being the day and hour set for hearing protests or <br />appeals of any person interested in the work, improve- <br />ment or assessment made therefor for the improvement of <br />Pine Street in accordance with Resolution of Intention <br />No. 2051, and no person appearing to protest or object <br />against the assessment or any other of the proceedings <br />taken, a resolution overruling protests or objections to <br />assessment, approving assessment and ordering the Street <br />Superintendent to attach warrant end record, was duly <br />introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. <br />2089 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, Stanley E. <br /> Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Noes, <br />Absent, <br /> <br />U <br /> <br />Trustees Homer C. Chancy. <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced declaring it to be the intez <br />tton of the City Council to order the closing up and <br />abandonment of the South 255 feet of the North and South <br />Alley t.hrough Block A of Hawkins' Addition, said Block <br />A being bounded by Logan, Stafford, Lincoln and Washing- <br />t~n Avenue. The resolution was ordered filed, read, <br />considered, designated Resolution of Intention No. 2090 <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, Stanley E. <br /> Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees Homer C.
