McBride, W.J. Kelly, <br />Homer C. Chaney, Stanley E. E~change. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Conference <br /> <br />City Plannin~. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Co~nunication <br /> <br />C.J, Rambo & Co. <br /> <br />~n Re <br /> <br />Electric Signs. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Co~nication <br /> <br />Railroad ¢omission. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition <br /> <br />Radio Dealers. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the con~nunication from the Orange County Builderts <br />Exchange relative to the adoption of an ordinance by the <br />council covering specifications for exterior and interio~ <br />plastering and the inspection by a plaster inspector, <br />was referred to the Manager to report back in one week. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the communication from the California Conference <br />on City Planning relative to Short Course on Planning <br />and Zoning to be held June 17th and 21st, was referred <br />to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the communication from C.J. Rambo & Company rela- <br />tive to auditing the Cityts accounts, was referred to <br />Manager for answer. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the applications of Gilbert-Weston-Stearns Company <br />to hang electric signs for Dr. A.K. Loerch at 222 N. <br />Broadway and Mr. Walter Swanberger~ at 205 W. Fourth Stree <br />were granted under supervision of the Electric Inspector. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the communication from the Railroad Commission of <br />the State of California,relative to application filed by <br />the Pacific Electric Railway Company seeking authority <br />to discontinue operation of the Motor Coach Line in the <br />City, was referred to the City Attorney to answer stat- <br />lng that the Council is opposed to granting application. <br /> <br />A petition signed by radio dealers in the City, was pre- <br />sented requesting the passage of an ordinance regulating <br />unnecessary electrical interference. On motion of Trus- <br />tee Kelly, seconded by Goode and carried, the petition <br />was referred to the Manager and Attorney to report back <br /> <br />in one week. <br /> <br /> <br />
