Kaufmann. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by L.lcBride and car- <br />ried, the request of F.C. Rowland and others for the <br />improvement of McClay Street south from First Street to <br />the City Limits, was referred to the ~ianager to investi- <br />gate and report back in one week. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Ooodo, seconded by Chancy snd car- <br />ried, the request of the Calumpit Auxiliary for permis- <br />sion to place tables on the sidewalks of the downtown <br />section to sell Orange County Fair tickets, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the request of Griffith Company for an extension <br />of thirty days from July ~3rd for the improvement of <br />Sycamore Street between I~'ashington and Seventeenth, was <br />granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the petition of E. T. Lamb and other property <br />owners for the installation of a street light at the <br />intersection of West Highland and South Bristol Streets, <br />was referred to the Manager with power to act. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the petition of Mrs. Fred Devenney, J. A. Goetz <br />and others objecting to the Annexation Election of the <br />Delhi District and the manner in which it was brought <br />.about, was filed for future reference. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by ~e~ l~ and car- <br />ried, property at the southeast corner of Broadway and <br />Bishop was ordered posted for special uses and hearing <br />date set July 29th, according to application of the <br />Nazarene Church to erect a church building. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Ooode and car- <br />ried, the application of Chas. Kauf~ann to erect a one <br />story frame building on the rear of his property located <br />at 1609 E. First Street, was granted. <br /> <br /> <br />
