Stankey to erect a service <br /> station at the southwest corner of Borchard and Main <br /> Streets, was granted on condition that set back on Main <br /> Street is made 17 feet instead of 12 feet as shown on <br /> plans submitted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Sutton and car- <br />ried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted and the application of Shipkey and Pearson to <br />erect a service station at the southwest corner of Tenth <br />ar~ Broadway, was denied. <br /> <br /> A resolution adopting plans and specifications for the <br /> improvement to be made upon Flower Street between Santa <br /> Clara Avenue and North Park Boulevard, was filed, read, <br /> considered, designated Resolution No. 2234 and passed by <br /> the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees W. J. Kelly, B. O. Sutton, Stanley E. <br /> Goode, F. L. Purintc~. <br /> <br /> Trustees J. L. McBride. <br /> <br /> Noes, <br />Abs ant, <br /> <br />Trustees None. <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced declaring it to be the inten- <br />tion of the City Council to order the installation of an <br />ornamental lighting system on Flower Street. The resolu- <br />tion was ordered filed, read, considered, designated <br />Resolution of Intention No. ~-~-55 and passed by the <br />lng vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees W. J. Kelly, B. O. Sutton, Stanley E. <br /> Goode, F. L. Purtnton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees J. L. McBride. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced resolving that Resolution <br />No. 2~-33 passed and adopted on the 8th day of September, <br />1930, be rescinded and declared null and void.
