Christensen for Electrical <br />Work was referred to the Chair for approval or disapprov~ <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the deed from Thomas Lambros and wife covering a <br />portion of lot at the northeast corner of First and Bush <br />Streets, was accepted for street purposes and the Clerk <br />instructed to have same recorded. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Sutton and car- <br /> <br />ried, the monthly reports for September of the various <br />City Officers, wer~ referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to issue warrants accordtn <br />to demands audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to sign agree- <br />ment with Charles Heinrich in which the City agrees not <br />to install sidewalks on the north side of Washington <br />Avenue westerly from Flower Street until the walnut crop <br />has been harvested on said property. <br /> <br /> On motion of TrustSe Goode, seconded by Sutton and car- <br /> ried, the Chair was ihstructed to appoint a committee to <br /> investigate conditions such as rubbish being stored nSar <br /> Mrs. Clara Lacey's residence, 1108 E. 4th Street and also <br /> on the ~irst lot east of 610 E. 4th Street. Trustee <br /> Kelly and the Fire Chief were appointed such committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br /> ried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br /> accepted disapproving the application of the Board of <br /> Education to erect a school building at the northeast <br /> corner of Flower and Santa Clara Avenue, and the applica- <br /> tion denied. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded b~F~elly and car- <br /> ried, the property at the northeast corner of Pomona and <br /> Main Street was ordered posted for special uses and hear- <br /> ing date set October 14th, 1930, in accordance with the <br /> application of Wm. C. Andrew to erect a service station. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Sutton and car- <br /> ried, the pnoperty located at 122 Orange Avenue was <br /> ordered posted for special uses in accordance with the <br /> <br /> <br />
