C. T. U. of Southern <br /> California expressing appreciation for the decoration of <br /> streets with flags and banners during their Convention, <br /> was accepted and placed on file. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br /> ried, the' Purchasing Agent was instructed to purchase <br /> an American Flag and a California Bear Flag to be hung <br /> in the Council C.h~ber in accordance with the communica- <br /> <br />tion from E.
