Specifications <br /> <br />Acq., Opening & Widening <br /> <br />Portions of Flower Street. <br /> <br /> T.his being the time and place when and where interested <br /> persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not <br /> be issued upon the security of t~he unpaid assessments <br /> work done and improvement made upon a portion of South <br /> Birch Street, in accordance with Resolution of Intention <br /> No. 2199 and the City Council being now in session, pro- <br /> ceeded to hear all protests presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued a resolution was introduced <br />determining the unpaid assessments for work and improve- <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, direct- <br />ing bonds to be issued for the security of the unpaid <br />assessments, prescribing the denomination of said bonds <br />and providing for the issuance of same in annual series. <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />hated Resolution No.2263 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, B.O. Sutton, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />This being the time and place when and where interested <br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not <br />be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments for <br />work done and improvement made upon a portion of Rose <br />Avenue, in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. <br />2215 and the City Council being now in session, proceeded <br />to hear all protests presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued a resolution was introduced <br />determining the unpaid assessments for work and improve- <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, directs- <br />lng bonds to be issued for the security of the unpaid <br />assessments, prescribing the denomination of said bonds <br />and providing for the issuance of same in annual series. <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />hated Resolution No. 2264 and passed by the followingvote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. The resolution was read, considered, designated <br />Resolution No. 2265 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, B.0. Sutton, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> Noes Trustees None. <br />Absent ~rustees None. <br /> <br /> <br />
