Davis <br />Gilbert-Weston-Stearns Inc. <br />Walker & Martin <br /> <br />and declare all bids <br /> <br /> Total <br />$2242.50 <br />2390.00 <br />2150.00 <br />1984.00 <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the bids were referred to the City Engineer fc~ <br />checking to report back at this meeting. Following the <br />report, the City Council awarded the contract to Walker <br />and Martin as the lowest responsible bidder therefor. <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced awarding the contract to <br />Walker and Martin. The Clerk was instructed to return <br />checks of unsuccessful bidders. The resolution was <br />ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution <br />No. 2211 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, B.O. The ordinance was read, considered and refer- <br />red back to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />
