Poston. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br /> carried, the application of Fred Lyon for permission to <br /> keep about one hundred chickens at his residence, 1425 W. <br /> First Street, was referred to the Health Department. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br /> <br /> carried, the resignation of Clara R. Cushman as a member <br /> with regrets <br /> of the Planning Commission was accepte~/and the Clerk <br /> to <br /> instructed/write a letter expressing the Council's appre- <br /> <br /> ciation of her services. <br /> <br /> ,, <br /> <br />A petition signed by parents and property owners request- <br />ing the installation of sidewalks on Santa Clara Avenue <br />between Main and Santiago, was read. On motion of Truste, <br />Warner,.se~ondpd by Hasenjaeger, and carried, the p <br />was referred ~o the City Engineer to investigate and <br />report back December 7th, 1931. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, Ordinances Nos. 24, 25 and 26 of the Metrop <br />Water District were accepted and the Clerk instructed to <br />post Ordinances. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the voucher of the Pacific Electric Railway <br />Company in amount of $316.52 covering sum due under <br />Franchise Ordinance #381 for year ending November 7, 1951 <br />was accepted and the Clerk instructed to deposit same. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Witmer and car- <br />ried, the application of E. F. Hardy for permission to <br />erect a corrugated iron building to be used for a garage <br />at 2305 S. Main Street, was referred to the City Attorney <br />and Building Inspector for investigation. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the property at 505 E. Fourth Street was ordered <br /> <br /> <br />
