McBride, E.G. Warner, <br />Paul B. ~itmer, A.C. Hasenjaeger, John Knox. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Minutes of meetings of November 16th was approved. <br /> <br /> On motion of <br /> carried, the <br /> <br />In Me <br /> <br />Grade Crossing <br /> <br />on French Street. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Comnunication <br /> <br />Railroad Co~nission. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Veterans~ <br /> <br />Welfare Board. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />C ii. Eckles. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Transfer of <br /> <br />Ownership--Cab Lines. <br /> <br />Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />Chair was authorized to appoint a comr~ittee <br /> <br />to attend the National Conference on City Planning to be <br />held in Los Angeles, June 13th to 16th, 1932. Trustee <br />HasenJaeger was appointed as the committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the communication from the Railroad Commission <br />relative to grade crossin~ on French Street, was <br />to the City Engineer with power to act and the Clerk <br />instructed to advise the Co~mission of Council's action. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />~arried,_ the conm~unication of the Railroad Commission <br />relative to public hearings at San Francisco dealing with <br />regulations governing the ir~provement of existing cross- <br />ings in Califo~n.ia, was accepted snd filed. <br /> <br />On motion of .Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger <br />carried, the petition of the Veterans~s Welfare Board <br />requesting the cancellation of certain taxes appearing <br />on the tax records as a lien against property owned by <br />the Board, was referred to the Oity Attorney with power <br />to act. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the application of C. H. Eckles requesting the <br />authorization of transfer of ownership of the 0wl Taxi <br />Company owned by Mrs. Kat ~hryn Davies to himself under <br />the name of Cobtrtesy Cab Company, was granted. <br /> <br />On ~otion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner a nd car- <br />tied, the matter pertaining to the transfer of ownership <br />of taxicab lines in the City without permission of the <br />City Council was referred to the City Attorney for <br />inve s t iga ti on. <br /> <br /> <br />
