First Street <br />was referred to the Health Inspector with power to act. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger, <br /> <br />carried, the monthly report of the City Officers for <br />November were referred to the Finance~ Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants accord. <br />lng to demands audited by the Finance Commit~e. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, <br />ried, the City Engineer was <br /> <br />seconded by McBride and car- <br />instructed to post Broadway <br /> <br />between Walnut and First Streets for two hour parking <br />between the hours of V A.M. to 6 P.M., in accordance with <br />petition of property owners and tenants. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the application of Everett A. McKi~ney for permis- <br />sion to construct a building at the northeast corner of <br />Main and Berkeley, was referred to the Planning ¢ <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by McBride and c ar- <br />ried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted and tho application of Everett A. McKinney was <br />granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the application of W. Poston for permission to <br />conduct a I~sed Car Market at 508 E. Fourth Street, was <br />referred to the Planning Commission. On motion of Truste, <br />Warner, seconded by Hasenjaeger and carried, the recom- <br />mendation of the Planning Co~mmission was accepted and the <br />application ~ W. Poston was granted. <br /> <br />On r~otion of Trustee McBride, seconded~by Warner and car- <br />ried, the property at the southeast corner of Main and <br />Berkeley was ordered, posted for special uses and the hear. <br />ing date set December 21st, 1931, in sccordance with the <br />application of G. W. Wells to erect a service station. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the application of Andrew Switzer for permission <br />to erect a gospel tent at the northwest corner of Second <br />and Baker Streets was referred to a cormuittee with power <br />to act.
