Ford representing the Seventh Day Adventist <br />was permitted to withdraw his application for permission <br />to erect a temPorary church building at the corner of <br />Tenth and Broadway. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the month.ly reports of the City Officers were <br />referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and <br />tied, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants according <br />to demands audited by the Finance Conmnittee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the matter of rezoning S. Broadway, both side of <br />said street between Walnut and Chestnut and ~he west side <br />of S. Sycamore Street between Walnut and Chestnut, was <br />referred to the Planning ComEisston for recommendation. <br />On motion of. Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger <br />carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br />was accepted relative to the rezoning of S. Broadway and <br />S. Sycamore Street arid the City Attorney was instructed <br />to prepare an Ordinance changing the zone on said streets <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger <br /> carried, the property at 935 W. Bishop Street was <br /> posted for duplex and the hearing date set July 13th, in <br /> accordance with the application of C. G. Valentine to <br /> remodel house for duplex. <br /> <br /> ,, <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by McBride and <br /> carried, the petition of property owners and residents <br /> on the west side of S. Main Street between Pomona and <br /> the Country Club Gardens for the installation of side- <br /> walks, was denied. <br /> <br /> A resolution was introduced resolving tha6 Resolution of <br /> Intention No. 2266 and all proceedings had thereunder be <br /> and the same are hereby rescinded, abamziened and declared <br /> null and void. The resolution was ordered filed, read, <br /> considered, designated Resolution No. 2311 and passed <br /> by ~he following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
