Martin to wreck used cars and <br />sell used parts in fr~ne building and behind building <br />at this location and Joint hearing sot for August 24th~. <br /> <br />At this time President Knox requested Trustee McBride <br /> <br />to take the Chair~ in order that he might attend Plannin <br />~ommission Meeting~ <br /> <br />On recormnendation of Chief of Police Howard and on <br />motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner, <br />Joseph Bush, private detective, was cited to appear <br />before the Council August 24th, 1931, at ~:30 P.N. <br />to ~how cause why he should not surrender his license as <br />a private detective. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Witmer <br /> <br /> and carried, City Engineer was instructed to discontinue <br /> preparation of <br />/plans and specifications for installation of ornamental <br /> <br /> lights on Ross St. between Second and Fourth, Birch St~ <br /> between Second and Fourth, TD~ird St. between Ross and <br /> Broadway and Second St. between Moss and Sycanore. <br /> <br /> <br />
