On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and carried, communication from Orange Chamber of Commerce advising necessity of Federal appropriatio: for Orange County Flood Control District program be made immediately and suggesting that telegrams be sent to the President urgim~ immediate approprlatio: for this work, ~ received and referred to the Mayor with power to act.
