RESOLUTION NO. 5k-14~ <br /> <br />CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB ~ARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE <br />THEREWITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking limitation created by <br />that portion of Resolution No. 3293, adopted October ~, 1943, and <br />ordering the curb painted RE~ as follows: <br /> <br />On the north side, <br />fallows: <br /> <br /> EAST THIRD STREET <br /> <br />between Main Street and Bush Street, located as <br /> <br /> The East 71 feet <br /> <br />is hereby repealed and rescinded and the Acting Director of Public <br />Works is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curbs to be <br />removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of <br />the Vehicle Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking <br />regulations and limitations as set forth in Section 3213 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code as follows: <br /> <br /> ~AST THIRD STREET <br /> <br />On the north side, between Main Street and Bush Street, located as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> The East 60 feet <br /> <br />and said curb along said street shall be painted RED and the Acting <br />Director of the Department of Public Works is hereby directed to <br /> <br />cause said curb to be painted as hereinabove <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED By the Council <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the ...?th <br /> <br />described. <br /> <br />of the City of Santa <br />day of ~eptember , <br /> <br />1954. <br /> <br /> <br />
