BFun~, Joseph P. Smith, <br /> W. H. Penn, Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees Ernest H. Layton. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the application of John A. Jiles to erect a duplex on the <br />northeast corner of Xilson and Beverly, was held over until <br />July 18Zh. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded Smith and carried, the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission was concurred in <br />relative to blueprint of the unfinished Map, Tract No. 1032, <br />recommending tentative approval of the subdivision with <br />special reference to Lowell and 15th Streets excepting there- <br />from Lot X, which at this time has been taken under advise- <br />ment for further study, subject to condition that; all public <br />utilities be installed and improvements made before final <br />acceptance. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission was concurred <br />in and the property described as the north 48 feet of Lot 3, <br />Xeese's Addition was ordered posted for special use and the <br />Joint hearing date set July 18th, 1938, in compliance with <br />the application of the Mary Coleman Estate to erect duplex. <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded .by Smith and carried, <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commissibn was concurred <br />in and the application of D. R.
