Ross Street <br />in the proper place and should remain in its present <br /> <br />location, was concurred with.. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelsey, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the communication of the Planning Commission requesting ~that <br />a committee from the City Council meet with them at Daniger's <br />Cafe, November 9th, at 12:15 P.M., was received and the <br />appointment of Trustees Smith and Most as the committee was. <br />approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Yost, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> <br />the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to enter into an agree- <br />Associated Oil Company, Associated Division <br />ment with Tide Water / ex~ending oil lease from three years <br /> <br />to five years and the drilling' requirements to be changed <br />from one well to each five acres to one well for each ten <br /> <br />acres of land or fraction thereof and not less than two wells <br /> of oil lease <br />The motion of Trustee Smith approving the extension of time/ <br /> <br />until December Sth, 1943, and the balance of lease to be left <br />as in the original lease, was lost for lack of a second. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Stuns, E. D. Most, <br /> D. W. Kelsey. <br /> Noes, Trustees Joseph P. Smith, Fred C. Rowland. <br /> Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Eelsey and carried, <br />the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution accepting' Deed from County Tax Collector# <br /> <br />was read, considered,, designated Resolution No. 2716 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, D. W. Eelssy, E. D. Most, <br /> Joseph P. Smith, Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Noes, <br />Absent, <br /> <br />Trustees None. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelsey, seconded by Yost and carried, <br />the Resolution establishing Time Limit Parking Zone under <br />Section 9 of Ordinance No. 1030 on the east side of South <br />Main Street between Walnut and Pine Street, was referred to <br />the Depar~ment~of Public Safety and Public Ways. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelsey, seconded by Yost and carried, <br />the Resolution concerning Parking Limitations under Ordinance <br />No. 1030 on the south side of Third Street between Sycamore <br />and Broadway and on the east side of Sycamore Street between <br />Fifth and Sixth Street, was referred to the Department of <br /> <br />Public Safety and Public Ways. <br /> <br /> <br />
