On motion of Trustee Kelsey, seconded by Bruns, and the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution concerning parking limitations under 0r~linance No. 1030' directing the City Engineer to cause suitable signs to be erected along eu~b lines containing the words "No Parking from 7:50 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on school days" on the south side of Tenth Street between Main and Bush Streets and on the east side of Main Street between Ninth and Tenth Streetw, was read considered, designated Resolution No. 2730 and passed by following vote: Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, E. D. Yost, D. W. Kelsey, Fred C. Bowland.
