<br />On motion of Trustee Kelsey, seconded by Bruns and carried,
<br />the following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution concerning Tax-deeded Lands and replacing
<br /> same on Tax Rolls"
<br />
<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. ~682 and
<br />passed by the following vote:

<br />the following Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Resolution adopting Budget for fiscal year 1939-A0"
<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2683 and

<br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried,
<br />the following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br /> "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana, California, fixing
<br /> the amount of money ascertained to carry on the various
<br /> departments of the City of Santa Ana, and to pay the
<br /> indebtedness falling due for the current year 1939-19A0,
<br /> and fixing the rate of taxation for the current year 1939-
<br /> 19AO, designating the number of cents on each $100.00 for
<br /> the various funds of said city, on the whole of the tax-
<br /> able property of said city as set by the County Assessor
<br /> of the County of Orange, State of California, and equa-
<br /> lized by the Board of Supervisors of said County, and
<br /> hereby levied on the whole of the taxable property of said
<br /> city."

<br />the Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Resolution declaring through streets in the City of
<br /> Santa Ana"

<br />declaring McFadden Street a through street at its intersec-
<br />tion with South McClay Street, was read, considered, desig-
<br />nated Resolution No. 2684 and passed by the following vote:
<br />
<br /> Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith,
<br /> E. D. Yost, D. W. Xelsey, Fred C. Rowland.

<br />the Mayor as Sponsor's Agent and the Auditor as Fiscal Agent
<br />were authorized to sign W.P.A. Project Proposal ~o construct
<br />warehouse garage laboratory and pumphouse buildings at the
<br />Joint 0utfall Sewer.
