The South -twenty-three feet of Lot 2 and the North twenty- three feet of Lot 3 in Block F of Tract No. 284. The offer of Juliette Ashworth Cox was read, to purchase said real property in the sum of $200.00 and no person being pres- ent desirous of raising this bid, upon motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Kelsey and carried, the Resolution No. 2698 for Sale of Tax Deeded Property was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2698 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Plummet W.
