Pearl Ruley, Corporation of America and Bank of America <br />National Trust and Savings Association, Ridley C. and Jessie <br />Smith and W.M. and Vera L. Elliott, was read, considered, <br />designated Resolution No. 2@00 and passed by the following <br /> <br />vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, <br /> <br /> Noes, <br />Absent, <br /> <br />Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, <br /> E..D..Yost, Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br />Trustees None. <br /> <br />Trustees D.W..Kelsey <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Yost and carried, <br /> <br />the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 792 entitled 'An <br />Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana, regulating the moving <br />.of Buildings throught or upon public streets, alleys, lanes <br />and other public places; providing for a bond to be filed <br />and permit issued; requiring the protection of all equip- <br />merit belonging to Public Utility Corporations and Railroads <br />· and providing a penalty for the breach of any of the terms <br />thereof)' as amended." <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. <br /> <br />passed, by the following vote: <br /> <br />1088 and <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees Plummet N. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, <br /> E. D. Yost, Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees D. W. Kelsey. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Yost and carried, <br />the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution authorizing Joint Outfall Administrative <br /> Committee to proceed with work" <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 9~801 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, E. D. Yost, Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br />Trustees D. W. Kelsey. <br /> <br /> Noes <br />Absent <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Yost, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> <br />Map Tract No. 1007 covering the opening and extension of <br />French S~reet was a~proved and Clerk authorized to sign same; <br />snd the public easements including French Street were accepte <br />subject to the execution of bond in amount of $1000.00 or <br />cash bond. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the plans and specifications as compiled by the Strperinten- <br />dent of Sewers were accepted and the Mayor and Auditor were <br />authorized to sign approval' to W.P.A. Project for storm <br />drain to be constructed on N. Main, Flower, W. Seventeenth <br />Street, and others. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Yost, seconded by Smith snd carried, <br />the City Council adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
