Flower Street without adhering to <br />regulations of the Zoning 0rdinanoe on side yards. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruna, seconded Xelsey and carried, <br />the Mayor was authorized ~o appoint a committee from the <br />Planning Commission and from the City 0ouncll to repeal or <br />correct the Zoning Ordinance regulating aide yards.. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seoonded h~ Stuns and carried, <br />the City Attorney was instructed to write ~o the ~eieral <br />Housing Ad~inietratien advising that their requirements are <br />net.in conformity with our regulations on side yards and <br />request them to modify their rules or yield to ours. <br /> <br />The motion of ~rustee Smith, seconded by Xelsey to reconside: <br />the motion of Trustee Bruns relative to repeal or correction <br />ef Zoning Ordinance regulating side yards, was lost. <br /> <br />-j <br /> <br /> <br />
