The Clerk commenced the reading of the Minutes and each member of the City Council having received a copy of the Minutes, further reading of the Minutes of September lSth, 1940, was dispensed with and approved on motion of Trustee ~runs, seconded by Smith and carried. # In Re Request of American Legion.
