On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepted and Tentative Map of Tract No. 1471 was approved, subject to conditiol that a 100 foot radius ov~ve is provided instead cf the angle at the northeast corner cf the Tract, and that the names of the proposed streets be submitted to the Council and the developer of ~he Tract for approval. # On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, Writ of Mandate reference findings of the Superior Court in the Mildre~ McNeal variance, was received and filed. .
