Millner to permit two rooms of an existing residence at 809 Bush Street to be used as the office of a public accountant, without exterior changes to the-building, and subject to certain conditions. # Communication and Resolution No. 341 of the Planning Commission were read recommending change cf zone to a portion of the area bounded by Fifth Street, Eighth Street, Hawley Street, King Street and the right-of-way of the Pacific Electric Railway, with the exception that the e~luded portion along Hawley Street lying north cf T~aot Nc. 633 be widened from 120 feet to 130 feet, in accordance wi~h COmmission initiated amendment application No. ?6. On motion cf Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the Clerk was instructed to publish a notice of hea~ing, ten days prior to the next meeting of the Council on October 19th, 1950, relative to rezoning of above property. # On motion of Tx~astee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the recommendation cf the Planning Commission waw approved and Building Inspector and City Attorney Instructed to enforce Sectio~ 4 and 8 of the Districting Ordinance reference operation of Appliance Manufacturing Company at 2403 North Main Street. On recommendation of the City Engineer and on motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, plans for the ccnst~uctio~ of a storm sewer on Bishop Street from Shelton Street to Bristol Street, were approved. # On motion of T~ustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution authorizing and directing the City Clerk to advertise'for bids for the construction of a storm sewer on Bishop Street from-Shelton Street to Bristol Street in the City of San~a Ana, and fixing the prevailing wage rate# considered, designated Resolution No. 3991 and passed was read, by the following vote: Ayes, T~ustees Noes, Trustees Absent, Trustees Courtney R. Chandler, John W. Martin Jr., Virgil H. Reed, Allen A. Mandy. None W.J.Cheney On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution declaring stop intersection" at the intersection of Washington Avenue and King Street, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3992 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Courtney R.
