Millner to permit two rooms of an <br /> existing residence at 809 Bush Street to be used as the office of <br /> a public accountant, without exterior changes to the-building, <br /> <br /> and subject to certain conditions. <br /> # <br />Communication and Resolution No. 341 of the Planning Commission <br />were read recommending change cf zone to a portion of the area <br />bounded by Fifth Street, Eighth Street, Hawley Street, King Street <br />and the right-of-way of the Pacific Electric Railway, with the <br />exception that the e~luded portion along Hawley Street lying <br />north cf T~aot Nc. 633 be widened from 120 feet to 130 feet, in <br />accordance wi~h COmmission initiated amendment application No. ?6. <br />On motion cf Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the <br />Clerk was instructed to publish a notice of hea~ing, ten days <br />prior to the next meeting of the Council on October 19th, 1950, <br /> <br /> relative to rezoning of above property. <br /># <br />On motion of Tx~astee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the <br />recommendation cf the Planning Commission waw approved and <br />Building Inspector and City Attorney Instructed to enforce Sectio~ <br />4 and 8 of the Districting Ordinance reference operation of <br />Appliance Manufacturing Company at 2403 North Main Street. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the City Engineer and on motion of Trustee <br />Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, plans for the ccnst~uctio~ <br />of a storm sewer on Bishop Street from Shelton Street to Bristol <br /> <br />Street, were approved. <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, the <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution authorizing and directing the <br /> City Clerk to advertise'for bids for the <br /> construction of a storm sewer on Bishop <br /> Street from-Shelton Street to Bristol <br /> Street in the City of San~a Ana, and <br /> fixing the prevailing wage rate# <br /> <br /> considered, designated Resolution No. 3991 and passed <br /> <br />was read, <br /> <br />by the following vote: <br /> Ayes, T~ustees <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees <br /> Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />Courtney R. Mandy. <br />None <br />W.J.Cheney <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution declaring stop intersection" <br /> <br />at the intersection of Washington Avenue and King Street, was <br />read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3992 and passed by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Courtney R.
