<br /> Electric Ry. Co. covering an irregular shaped parcel
<br /> of land south of the P.E. tracks easterly of Parker St.,
<br /> near Hargraves Station, for the period November l, 194S
<br /> to October ~l, 1948, inclusive, to be used for an
<br /> Archery Range.

<br /> On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and carried
<br /> bond of F. C. Mock, written by the Hartford Accident and
<br /> Indemnity Co., in the amount of $1,000.00, covering the
<br /> installation of 280 feet of standard sidewalks and curbs
<br /> and asphalt gutters adjacent to Tract No. llll on west
<br /> side of Poinsettia, north of 20th Street, was approved.

<br /> On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and
<br /> carried, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign
<br /> lease between the United States of America and the City
<br />
<br /> of Santa Ana covering rental of Room ~02 City Hall
<br /> beginning Oct. l,
<br /> Building, at a rental of $28.00 per month,/for the Army
<br />
<br /> Service Forces, Corps of Engineers, Real Estate Division
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and
<br />carried, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to execute
<br />lease between the United States of America and the City
<br />of Santa Ana covering rental of Rooms ~07 and ~08, City
<br />Hall Building, at a rental of $25.00 per month, beginnin
<br />November l, 19~8, supp~ment to Lease DSS-20(p)-?8~.

<br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and
<br />carried, the Minutes of meeting of Executive Board of
<br />the Joint 0utfall Sewer, held at Anaheim, October 10,
<br />19A§, were received and filed.

<br />On recommendation of the Joint 0utfall Sewer Board and
<br />on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and
<br />
<br />carried, the bid of the Peerless Pump Division, Food
<br /> was accepted
<br />Machinery Co.,/covering the furnishing of three vertical
<br />
<br />sewage pumps, in the amount of $8,988.00, and that the
<br />
<br />City of Santa Ana be authorized to purchase the same, as
<br />
<br />the contracting City and that all other bids be reJected~
<br />Clerk authorized to return checks or bonds to unsuccess-~
<br />ful bidders.
