No. 0555 <br /> <br />Est. loeding zone <br /> <br />Penn Transfer Co. <br /> <br />Christ <br /> <br />373 <br /> <br />perform all the duties of an information desk for the <br />entire building, and shall keep a sign posted upon the <br />premises herein let, which sign shall notify the public <br />that information may be secured from Party of the Second <br />Part. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the report of the Committee to sell One Edison <br />Hotpoint bake oven, one Wells deep fat dryer, one <br />Warren elect:~lc refrigerator, one double sink and one <br />dough table, in the amount of $1,500.00, was accepted. <br /> <br />Communication from Washington Cleaners, 1109 No. Main <br />St., requesting that limited parking area be established <br />at their place of business to accommodate their customeri <br />was read, and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded <br />by Dixon and carried, request was referred to Street <br />Superintendent and Street Commissioner to report back <br />at the next meeting. <br /> <br />The report of the committee,recommending that the block <br />bounded on the west by Broadway, on the east by Sycamore <br />Street, on the south by Walnut Street, and on the north <br />by First Street, namely, Block No. 2 of Palmer's <br />Addition, be changed from the Fire District No. I to the <br />Fire District No. 2 and stating that ~nly two buildings <br />in the entire block meet the requirements for Fire <br />District No. l, thus making it impossible for any <br />alterations and repairs to the remaining buildings in <br />said block, in accordance with application of Church of <br />Christ, was accepted on motion of Trustee Dixon, seconde <br />by Cheney and carried. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 1078, <br /> Commonly known as the "Fire Zone Ordinance" <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for <br />second reading. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the committee and on motion of <br />Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, the <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Concerning Parking Limitations Under Ordinance No. 1030" <br /> <br />establishing a loading zone on the north side of West <br />Fourth Street between Patton and Van Ness Avenue, <br />located as follows: the East 26.5 feet of the west <br />142.2 feet, was introduced, read, considered, designated <br />Resolution No. 3555 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
