All distances between designated points at which the elevations are stated and given are to be measured along the center line of the street unless otherwise specifically herein ~rovided. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby elect to proceed under and all proceedings had and taken to change and se-establish the official grade of Cypress Avenue and Orange Avenue are and shall'be taken under and in conformity with the provisions of the "change of Grade Act of 1909",/ Section 6. This Resolution of Intention shall by the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha be posted conspicuously for two days on the Chamber Door of the City Council thereof, and published by two insertions in SANTA ANA DAILY EVeN ING REGISTER, a daily newspaper p~hlished and circul'ated in the City of Fanta Aha, which news- paper is hereby designated for that purpose. The Str.eet Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha shall thereupon cause to be conspicuously posted along all portions of Cypress Avmnue and Orange Avenue, designated in t his Resolution of Intention where change of grade is proposed to be made, at not more than 100 ft. in distance apart, but not less than three in all, notices of the passage of this Resolution of In- tention; each of said notices Shall be headed"NOTICE OM OM~.NGE OF GRADE" in letters not less them one inch in'length and shall in legible 'characters state the fact of the passage of this Resolution of Intentions, its date, the name of the streets and the described poztion thereof, the grade of which is proposed to be changed and re-established, and shall refer to this Resolution of Intention for further particulars.
