This Resolution of Intention shall Oy the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha be posted conspiciously for two days on the Chamber door of the City Council thereof, and published by two insertions in Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a d'aily newspaper publiahed and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, which news- paper is hereby designated for that purpose. The Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha shall thereupon cauae to be conspicuously posted along all portiona of South Van Neas Avenue and South Parton Street, designated in this Resolution of' Intention where change of Grade is proposed to be made at not more than 100 ft. in distance apart, and not less than three in all. Noticea of the passaFe of this Resolution of 'Intention; each of a'aid notices shal2 be headed "Notice of Change of Gra~e" in letters not les~ than one inch in length and shall in legible chaxact~s crate the fact of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, its.date, the name of the streets and the described .portion thereof, the grade of which is proposed to be 0hanged and re-established, and shall refer to thia Resolution of Intention for further particulars. The above and foregoing Resolution of Intention No. ~65 was passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 29th day of November, 1920, by the affirmative vote of the following named members thereof.
