Section 4. All of the elevations in this Resolution of In- tention hereinbefore ~stated and given are based upon a da.tum plane adopted and established by Ordinance No-. 571 of the City of Santa Aha, which datum plane is 124.2gg feet below the center of a bench mark consisting of a copper plate fixed in mud located at the Northwesterly corner of the city Hall of the City of Santa Aha, and marked: U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey H.~. All said elevations are expressed in feet and undredths of feet and are elevations above said datum plane. Section ~ Atall points existing between the consecutive designated 'points where the elevations are stated and given and on the same street, the grades shall conform to a true and uni- form gradient along the center line of the Stree%, between said designated points. All distances between designated points at which the e~evations are stated and given are to be measured e.long the center line of ~he street unless otherwise specifically here- in provided. The Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana shall thereupon cause to be conspicuously posted along all portions of North Sycmmore Street, West Tenth Street, and West Washington Avenue, designated in this Resolution of Intention where change of grade is proposed to be made, at rot more than 1OO ft. in distance apart, but ~:ot le~s than'three in all. Notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention; each of said Notices shall be headed ~NOTICE OF CMANG~ OM GRADE" in letters not les~ t~an one inch in length and shall in legible character~ state the fact o~ the passage of this Resolution cf Intention, its date, the name of the streets and the described portion thereof, the grade of which is proposed to be changed and re-established, and
