When said bonds shall be sold the money derived from the sale thereof shall be placed in the municipal treasury of the city of Santa Ana to the credit of separate and proper im- provement funds in the respective proportions for which it was vot- ed and to be expended and which improvement funds are hereby created as follows: To the Credit of water Works Completion Fund To the credit cf Fire Hall Construction Fund To the credit of Sewer System Completion Fund To t~e credit of City Hall Completion Fund To the credit of Street Apparatus Fumd To the credit of North Main St. paving Fund To the credit of East First St. paving Fund To the credit off Bristol St. paving Fund To the credit of School Grounds Street Paving Fund To the credit of the Culvert Fund The d~rignated separate funds shall be applied exclusively to the purposes and objects specified in Ordinance No. 651 of the City of Santa Ana, and for which said funds were voted. Section 8. The Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, as the legislative ~ranoh of said city shall, at the time of fixing ~he general tax levy, and in the manner for such general tax levy provid- ed, levy a~d annually collect each year until all said bonds paid, or until there sh~tl be a sum in the treasury of the city of Santa Ana set apart for that purpose to meet all sums coming due for principal and interest on said bonds, a tax sufficient to pay the semi-annual interest on such bonds, and also such a part of the principal as shall become due before the time of fixing thenext general tax levy.
