.237 RESOLUTION NO. 6?3 Resolution of Intention $ 6?3 of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana for the closing of certain streets. RESOLVED, that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana to order the following street work to be done: 1. That the streets and alleys hereafter described, all of which are as shown upon the map.of the Santa Clara Addition to the City of Santa Aha, recorded in Book 5, Page 33, of Miscellaneous gaps, Records of Orange County, Calif,'nj a, be closed: Jumbo Street, from the East line of Main Street to the West line of Spurgeon Street: Bush StreSt, from the North line of East Santa Clara Avenue to the North line of said Santa Clara Addition: That certain alley 15 feet'in width running North and South through Blocks "A" and "C" of said Santa Clara Addition from the North line of East Santa Clara Avenue to the North lids of said Santa Clara Addition: that certain alley 15 feet in width running Nor th and South thru blocks "B" and "D" of said Santa Clare. Addition from the North line of East Santa Clara Avenue to the North line of said 8ants Clara Addition. 2. That the land necessary to be taken therefor is de- scribed as follows, to-wit: Situated in the city of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and described as: Jumbo Street, from the East line of Main Street to the West line of Spurgeon Street, Bush Street, from the North line of East Santa Clara Avenue to the North line of said Santa Clara Addition: That cer- tain alley 15 feet in width running North and south thru Blocks "A" and "C" of said Santa Clara Addition from the North line of East Santa Clara Avenue to the North line of said Santa Clara Addition; that certain alley 15 feet in width running North and South thru Blocks "B" and "D" of said Santa Clara Addition from the North line of East Santa Clara Avenue to the North line of East Santa Clara. Avenue to the North line of said Santa Clara Addition all as shown on the map of the Santa Clara Addition to the City of Santa Ana, recorded in Book 5, page 33, of Miscellaneous ~sP$, Records of Orange County, California. That the following are the exterior boundaries of the district of lands to be affected or benefited by said work and to be assessed to pay the damages, expenses or co~t thereof~ to-Wit: Situated in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and described as Blocks "A", "BW, "C" and"D" of the Santa Clara Addition to the City of Santa Ana, as per map thereof recorded in Book 5, Page 33, of ~iscellaneous ~aps, records of Orange County, Cali£ornia. The Santa Ana Register is hereby designated as the newspaper 'in which the superintendent of streets shall publish "Notice of Public Work", provided by law. Resolution No. 6?3 was read and considered by the Board of Trustees at a meeting held November gth, 1920 and on motion of Trustee W. A. Greenleaf, seconded by Trustee C. H. Chapman, and carried, the roll'was called and Resolution No. 673 adopted by the following vote: AYES: Trustees C. H. Chapman, H. and John G. Mitchell. H. Dale, W. A. Green]eaf NOEs: Trustees, N~e.
