310 Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana did, ox the 2nd day of Nay, 1~21, pass its resolution of inten- tion No. ?00 to order the hereinafter described we k to be done and improvement to be made in the city of Santa Ane, which resol- ution of Intention No. ?00 was duly and legally published twice in ~TA ~N~ D~tIY EV~TN~ R~GT~T~R, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of Santa Ana, all as required by law and appears from the affidavit of T. g. McDonour, principal Clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit wes filed in the office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Aha on the 5th day of Eay, 19~1, and now on file therein ; and wMF~EA~, after the adoption of said resolution of inten- tion and on the 5th day of Way, l~21, tbs Street Superintendmt ~f the city of Santa Aha ceused notices of the passage of Resol- l ution of Intention No. ?00 headed : "NOTIC~ OF I~P~OVVWVMT" to be duly, legally and conspicuously posted along the line of said con- templeted work and imTro~emt, less than 300 ft. in distance apart, end 111 ~.otices in all, and the work tein~ chargeable upon a dis- triot also to be posted along all the open streets within such district less than 300 ft. in distence apart, and six notices in all on each street, as e~peers from the affidavit of E~w. w. D~hl, said street superintendent who personally posted said notices of Improvement and who, upon the completion of the postin{ of s~id notices, forthwith on the 6th dey of ~ay, ~9~1, filed said a{fi- davit in the office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Ana, m~king oath that he completed the posting of said notices on the 5th day of May, 19~1. ~ ~N~R~A~, at the hour of seven-thirty o'clock p. m. of - j Thursday, the 19th day of Nay, 1921, at the council chamber of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa An'~, that being the d~y, hour and place when and where any and all persons heving any ob- Jections to the proposed work or improvement might apoear before the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha and show cause why ~aid ~mprovement should nOt be carried out in accordance with said Resolution; and being a time less than forty and more than fifteen days from the passage of Resolution of Intention No. ?O0, and more than te~ days after the posting of said Notice of Improvement was fut]y completed; the Board of Trustees met, heard, considered, passed upon, overruled and denied all protests or objections pre- sented in time, form, and manner ae required by law, and the Board of Trustees of the city of Sant~ Aha having acquired ~urie- ~j diction to order the proposed work ~one or improvement made: It is hereby resolved by the Board of Trustees of the city of ~anta A~a t~hat the publi~ interest and. convenience re - c~Airea the '~ork ~nd improvement herein described, and that the
