RESOLUTIO~I OF AWARD NO. Whereas, the Board of Trustees of tDeCity of Santa Ana, did, in open session at a regular meeting thereof on the 6th day of June, 1921, publicly open, examine, and declare all sealed proposals or Olds for doing the following work under Resolution of Intention No. 699 in the city of Santa Ana: public atre~t tn said city, eommo~ly demigna[ed upon the fl,etailed plans, and dize4~iron conduit and two Iqo, It i~su- of on Ho~h ~sin street. upon ~ort[ ~ Street to tho official ~ting, however from all of the cordance With the lans and sDeciflca- lions ~P~efl therefor by the Bo~d of cordanee with the terms and conditions ten (10) ~years from th~ second Resolved, that the said Board of Trustees hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that next herein men- tioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and improvement to the lowest resvonsible bidder, to-wit: Steele Finley, at the price named in his bid. The Clerk of the city of Santa Ana is hereby directed to post notice of this award conspicuously for five days on or near the chamOer door of the Council Chamber of the Board of Trustees cz the city of Santa Aha, and also puolish sald notice twice in the SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING R~GISTER, a daily newspaper puOlished and circulated in the city of Santa Ana, and nereOy desiEnated for that purpose by said Board of Trustees.
