333 <br /> <br /> Section 3' <br /> <br /> At all points existing between the consecutive designated <br />points where the elevations are stated and given the grade shall <br />conform to a true and uniform gradient along the center line of <br />the street between said designated points. All distances between <br />designated points at which the elevations are stated and given <br />are to be measured along the center line of the street, unless <br /> <br />otherwise specifically herein provided. <br /> Sectlon4. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the city of Santa Ana shall publish the <br />Resolution changing the grade of the described portion of <br />Bristol Street by two insertions in SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING <br />REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the <br />City of Santa Aha, which daily newspaper is hereby designated <br />for that purpose. <br /> <br /> The above and foregoing Resolution No. 718 wes passed <br /> <br />at a regular meeting of the Board of~rusteee of the city of <br />Santa Ans, held on the 5th day of July, 1921, by the affirmative <br />vote o£ the following named members thereof: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees J. Dale. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> JOHN G. ~ITCHELL <br />~esident of the Board of Trust- <br />ees of the City of Santa Ans. <br /> <br />Clerk of the city of Santa Ans. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 719 <br /> <br />A HESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY O¢ SANTA ANA <br />ORDERING THE GRADE OF AND UPON A PORTION OF WEST FIFT~ ~T~E~T, <br />A PUBLIC STREET IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CHANGED AND RE- <br />ESTABLISHED, DIRECTING T~E ~3BLICATION OF THIS RESOLUTION, <br />AND DESIGNATING A NEWSPAPER FOR THAT PURPOSE. <br /> <br /> Whereas on the 31st day of May, 1921, the Board of Trustees <br />of the city of Santa Aha passed its Resolution of Intention No. <br />709 to order the grade of and upon a portion of West Fifth St. <br />a public street in the city of Santa Ana, changed and re-estab- <br />lished, and which Resolution stated the name of the public st. <br />the grade-of which is proposed to change, and re-establish and <br />set forth the change of grade proposed to be made, and <br /> <br /> Whereas, said Resolution of Intention No. ~0~ wasthereafter <br />posted conspicuously for two days on the chamber door of the <br />Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, and published for 2 <br />insertions in SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING REGISTER a daily newspaper <br />published and circulated in the city of Santa Ana, and designated <br />by said Board of Trustees for that purpose, which ~ublication <br />was had therein on the 2nd and 3rd days of June, 1921; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa <br />Aha thereafter caused to be conspicuously posted and on the <br />4th day of June, ]921, there was conspicuously posted along <br />said portion of West Fifth Street, the public streetdesignated <br />in Resolution of Intention Nol ?09, and of which it is proposed <br />to change and re-establish the grade, less than 100 feet in <br />distance apart, and 296 in all, Notices of the passage of said <br />Resolution of Intention No. ~09, each of said Notices were head- <br />ed NOTICE OV CHANGE OW GRADE in letters more than one inch in <br />length and in legible characters stated the fact of the oassage <br />of the said Resolution of Intention, its date, the name of the <br />public street, the grade of which is proposed to be changed, to- <br />wit: a portion of West Fifth Street, and referred to said <br />Resolution of Intention No. ?09 for further particulars, and <br />also said Street Superintendent caused a notice similar in <br />substance to be published and the same was oublished for six (6) <br /> <br /> <br />
