349 Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 24th day of October,.1921, at ?:30 o'clock p.m. of that day, in the Council Chamber of the Board of Trustees of the city of ~Canta Aha, any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may a~peaz be£ore said Board of T~uStees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. The Clerk of the city of Santa Ana shall cause utionof Intention to be published twice in the SANTA ANA DAII,Y EVMNING REGISTER, a d~ly newspaper published and circulated in the 0ity of Santa Ana, and which newspaper is hereby desig- nated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees. The Street Superintendent of the city of Santa. Ana shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said con- templated work and i'mprovement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, but not le~s than three in all, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention. The work being chargeable upon a district, copies of sai~ notice shall also be posted along ali of the open streets within such district at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart on each street. All of the posting must be fully completed at least ten (lC) days hefore the day in this Resolution of Intention set for hearing protests or o0jections. All of s~d notices shall be headed: "NOTICE O? IMoROVE- MENT" in letters of not less than cue inch in length, and shall in legible characters state the fact of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, its date, and briefly describe the work and improvement proposed and refer to this Resolution of Intention for further particulars. Said Notice shall also contain a statement of the day, hour, and place when and where any and all persons h~ving auy objections to the proposed work or improvement, may a~oear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why the said pro- posed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. And there shall also be inserted therein the following: "Notice is hereDy given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and bear interest at the rate o~ seven per cent per ann~n will ~e issued here- under in the manner provided by the improvement ~ond act of 1915, the last installment of which 0onds shall mature ten years from the second day of July next succeeding nine months from their ~ate." All said notices sba]ibc posted and shall contain and set forth in manner and form the facts, things and matters required by law. Ali of the herein proposed work shall be done in pur- suance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated Improvement Act of 1911, approved April ?th, l~ll, this Resol-
