354 · - ' RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS Resolved, that the plans and specifications for the work to Be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Ana, prepared and furnished by the City Engineer of said 0ity, as required by the Board of Trustees thereof, upon and along a portion of that open public street therein Commonly known as North Flower Street, which portion thereof extends south from the south line of West Fourth Street to the north line of West First Street; also upon and along a portion of that open puOlic street therein commonly known as West First Street, which portion thereof -extends west from the intersection of West First Street by the easterly line of South Flower Street, extended northerly across West First Street to the intersect- ion of West First Street by the westerly line of North Flower street, extended southerly aoros~ West First Street~ and also upon and along that open puOlio street therein commonly known as South Flower Street, which extends south from the south line of West First Stre=t to the North line of Fairview Avenue, and for ti~e entire width of the described portion of North Flower Stree$, and of South Flower Street from the curb on the east side to the curb on the west side thereof, and for the entire width of the described portion of West First Street, from the curb on the north side thereof to the curb on the south side thereof, and where any street intersects of terminates in the described portions of North ¥1owar Street and West First Street and South Flower Street, then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservation to the prop- erty lines thereon. The work and improvement on the described portion of North Flower Street to be as follows:- (1) The construction of concrete curb alonf~ the East and west curb line of said street and concrete curb returns at street intersections except where such curbs and curb retu3~ns arc now constructed. (2) The regrading of the described portion of North Flower Street to a subgrade 6~1 inches below a modified and changed grade thereof, and the repavement of that portion of North Flower Street occupied by the intersections of Second ahd Third Streets, and the pavement of the remaining portion thereof, by constructing on said subgrade of a concrete pave- ment five inches thick and l~inoh asphaltic concrete wearing surface complete to the modified and changed grade. The work and improvement on the described portion of West First Street to be as follows:-
