RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATION~. NO. VS1. Attest'. E. L. Vegely. (SEAL). b~ of the City' of Santa A~a. Resolved, thor tl~e ~]ans and soecifications pre- pared by the ~.n.ineer of the cit>l~ of Santa Aha, as req,.~ired by Resolution No. V80 of safd c~ty, for the work to be done an~ imorovement to be ma~e on and along a portion of tbot o~en public street in the city of Santa Aha, commonly known as Durant Street, which portion of Durant Street is described as xtend~ng northerly from the north line of West Washington Avenue to the center line of West Fifteenth Street, be and are hereby approved and adopted as t]~e plans end sleciflca- tions for doing said work and making said improvement. The work to be done and improvement to be ma~e on Duraut Street is as follows:- (a) 5~e re~mading of ~rant Street to a s~b~rade five (5.) inches below the official grade on Durant Street ~s now existing. (b) ~e excavation of one lateral house corm.etlon sewer trench arrroximately five (5) feet deep, e tending westerly from the main sewer pipeline now constructed and ex~sting alon~ sp~roximately t~e center line of Durant Street tc an~ flush with the inside of i:be curb constructed on the west side of Durant Street; t~e t~ymng in said trench of a lateral house connection sewer con- structed of four (4) inch inside diameter vitrified salt ~lazed cylindrical sewer pi~e connected w~th the main sewer pipeline and extending from said main sewer ?.~pe- line to and fl~sh ~th t~e f.~slde of said curb, and the backfilling and settling of each sewer trench to a true and so]id surface on the s~]b-~rade. (c) ~e ?eying of D~rant Street by the construction on the s.~bgrame of a concrete revetment five (~,~ i~]ctes thict~ completed with a bert finish wear~n~ surface to t}~e effectual gra~e.
