The Clerk of the city of Santa Aha is hereby directed to post a notice of said work together with the plans and specifications therefor conspicuously for five days on or near the council chamber door of Trustees inviting sealed proposals or bids for dotug the work ordered. He is also directed to ~ublish twice a notice in- viting such ~roposals, and referring to the specifica- tions posted or on file, in the SANTA ANA DAILY FV~_iNING HEGISTEH, a daily newspaper published and circuleted in the city of Santa Aha, and hereby designated for that purpose.
