RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. 949 Resolved, that the plans and s~cifications for the work to be done and improvement to be made on a portion of West First Street, an open public street in the city of Santa Ana, which portion thereof is described as beginning at the e~st line of North Baker Street and extendtn~ west to the west line of North Artesia Street, as prepared and furnished by the City Engineer of the city of Santa Aha, be and the same are hereby adopted and approved.
