53' or alley intersects or terminates fu North ?arton Street, then the concrete curb to b~ returned on each side of any such intersecting or terminating street or alley on a curve back to the property lines on the easterly and westerly sides of ~orth Patton Street, except where a concrete curb or concrete return curb is already coMstructed. Excepting from the work above described any of said work already done upon ~orth Patton ~treet to the official grade; and there is hereby expressly excepted all of the portions of ~orth Patton Street embraced within its intersection by Nest Third Street and ~est ~econd Street, upon which intersection by West Third Street and West Second Street, upon which intersections no pavement shall be constructed. Excepting, however, from all of the above described work the portion thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company having railroad tracks on North Patton ~treet. All of said work shall be done in accordance with the plans and specific~tlons adopted therefor by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha by ~ee~'lutlon No. 951 on t~e ~Bth day of February, 19~Z, and which plans and spectflcat~ons are now on file in the office of the Clerk of the city of Sant~ Aha, and said plans and speci- fications are hereby specifically referred to. Resolved, that the grade on ~ ~art of North ?arton Street at which the ~ork o~ said street is to be done, be modified and changed and reference to the plans and specifications adopted by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha on the 26th day of February, 1923, by Resol~tton ~o. 9B1 for the proposed work is hereby made, which plans show the existing official grade and the ~rade at which the work is pror~sed to be done.
