McDonour, princiDal Clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Clark of the city of Santa Aha on the ~th day of Febru- ary, 1923, and now on file therein; and ~hereas, after the passage and adoption of said resolu, tion of Zntention, the Street ~uperintendent of the city of S~nta Ana conspicuously posted alongthe line of the con- templated work and improvement, at not more tha~u300 ft. in distance apart, and 32 in all, notices of the passage of Resolution of Intention No. 9~3, headed - NOTICE OF MENT - in manner, form, and substance as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district also conspicu- ously posted copies of said notice ~long all of t~e open streets within such district, not more than 800 ft. in distance apart on each street and posted on said open streets BV notices, and posted in all Sg notices~ and Whereas, the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana commenced to post the said notices on the 10th day of February, 192~, more than ten days before the d~y set for hearin~ protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all as appears by the affidavit of Edw.
