!021 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 9V2. <br /> <br /> A Hesolution determining un~aid assessments <br /> for the work done and improw~ment made upon a <br /> portion of ~ineteenth Street, and the aggregate <br /> thereof, directing bonds to be issued upton the <br /> eecurity of the unpaid assessments, prescribing <br /> the denom~natlons of said bonds, providin~ for <br /> the issuance of the same in annual series. <br /> <br /> Whereas, a warrant and assessment, dated the 24th ~?] <br />day of JanUary, 192~, was issued for the work done and <br /> <br />improvement made upon a portion of Nineteenth Otreet, <br />an open public street in the City of Santa Aha, for work <br />and improvement ss briefly described in Resolution of <br />Intention No. 850, passed on the llth day of September, <br />1922, and ordered done and made by Resolution No. 84V, <br />passed on the 2nd day of October, 1922. <br /> <br /> Whereas, on the 8th day of March, 1928, being after <br />the full expiration of thirty days from the date of the <br />warrant, and the said wa~"rant being returned and record- <br />ed by the Street S,~Derintendent of the City of Santa <br />Aha, and after said return was recorded, the Street <br />Superintendent made up and filed with the Clerk of the <br />City of Santa Aha, as the Clerk of the BSayd~Of~!~atees <br />thereof, a complete list of all unpaid assessmente u~on <br />the assessment, and said Clerk thereupon gave notice <br />of the filing of said list, and that V:$O o'clock p.m. <br />of the 19th d~y of Marcy, 192~, at the council chamber <br />of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha was <br />the time therein fixed by him when interested persons <br />might appear before the City Council a~d show cause <br />why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the <br />unpaid assessments shown on said list. <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board of Trustees of Santa Ana was ~ <br />in session and d~ly convened st the time and place in ~ <br />the said notice'specified and proceeded to hear any <br /> <br />objections presented, and no interest or other oersons <br />appearing to show cause or did show cause why ponds should <br />not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments~' <br />or objected thereto. <br /> <br /> It is therefore now by the Board of Trustees of the <br />City of Santa Aha determined, resolved, and ordered as <br />follows:- <br /> <br /> _~rst <br /> <br /> The assessments which are unpaid for the work done ~ <br />and improvement made upo~ a portion of Nineteenth Street,~ <br />which work and improvement is briefly described in Res- [ ~ <br />olution of Intention No. ~30, passed the llth day of <br />September, 1922, and ordered done and made by Resolution <br />No. 84V, passed on %he 2nd day of October, 1922, are ae <br />follows:- <br /> <br /> <br />
