All of the bo~ds shall be dated the loth day of March, 10~3, ~nc shall be numbered consecutively from I to 10 inclusive. Bonds numbered from i to 9 incluslve shall be each in the denomina-tlon of ~243.90 bond No. lO shall be in the denomination of ~243.94. The form of the bonds shall be substantially as provided by Sec. 6 of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, provided, and that the same shall contain the aFproprlate~ words and figures to make tl:e said bonds and t~e form thereof a~plfcable to the denomination, annual series, and purposes for which the bonds are to be issued as here- in set forth. The bonds shall be signed by the Tree, surer and the Clerk ~f the City of Santa Ans. ~ere shall be ed to each bond interest accruing and made payable upbn the princlrsl zf the bonds to which they are attached. All of said coupons of tl:e City of Santa Aaa, may be engraved, printed, shall be signed by the Treasurer but ti~e Treasurer's signature or llthographed, on the interest coupons in place of the Treasurer's signature by hand. The interest coupons shall be consecutively numbered from 1 upward on each bond and the interest thereby re- presented stmll be paid on the 2nd day of January and in each year, cormr, encing with the 2nd day of Jan- July usry, 1924, provided that first p~yment of interest the coul'ons representing tl~e which stall become due the 2nd day of January, 1924, being six months before the maturity of the first annual series of the bonds, be for the i~terest accruing thereon from the 6th March, 1923.
