275 line of North Broadway and the East line of Lowell Street, and where any street or alley intersects or terminates in the described portion of West Washington Avenue, then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservations to the North and South property lines thereof. The work and improvement is more particularly des- eribed as follows: (~) The regrading of said street to ~ subgrade fiv~ (5) inches below the official grade thereof as shown on plans! and the paving of the described portion of West Washington Avenue by the construction on s~d subgrade of a Portland Ce- ment concrete pavement five (§) inches in thickness with belt finish wearing surface and complete to the official grade, with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and ma- terial. (b) The construction of cement curb on portions of s~d street where not already constructed ~ shown on plans, complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, la- bor and material. (c) The excavation of trenches approximately six ($) feet in depth and the furnishing and laying of twenty- four (24) four (4): inch connecting sewers therein extending from the main sewer line in and approximately along the cen- ter line to and inside of the curb existing on the North and South sides thereof in accordance with plans and specifica- tions, complete with the furnishing of all necessary equip- ment, labor and material. Ail of the above described work and im~ provement is specifically shown by plans and cross-sections, on file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Santa Ana, and adopted by the Board of Trustees of said city on the 2Vth day of August, 192~, by Resolution No. 10V0, as the plans and cross-sect~.ons to be followed in making the im- provment herein referred to, and as is set forth in the speci, fications for said work, known as Specifications for Amsess- ment District No. 85, on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha, and adopted by the Board of Trustees! of said city on the 2Vth day of August, 1928, ss the specifi- cations for the ~foredescribed work by Resolution No. 10V0. Reference is hereby made to said plans, cross-sec- tions and specifications for a full description of said im- provement, and the same are incorporated herein and made a part hereof, and reference is hereby made thereto for a more particular description of said work.
