' <br /> Clerk ~f the City o~ Santa Ans. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING <br /> NO. 1082. <br /> <br />WORK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br /> Aha, on the 2Vth day of August, 1923, passed its Resolution <br /> of Intenilon No. 106V, to order the hereinafter described <br /> work to be done and improvement made on East Fourth Street in <br /> said City, which Resolution of Intention No. 1067 was duly <br /> and legally published twice in the Santa Aha Daily Evening <br /> Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the <br /> City of Santa Aha, all as required by law, as appears from the <br /> affidavit of Edna E. Herrick, principal clerk of the printers <br /> and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit <br /> was filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha ! <br /> on the 29th day of August, 1923, and now on file therein; andI <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 106V, the Street Superintendent of <br />the City of Santa Aha conspicuously posted along the llne of <br />the contemplated work and improvement, st not more than three ~ <br />hundred (300) feet in distance apsrt, and 4 in all, notices ofl <br />the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed NOTICE OF <br />IMPH~EM~NT, in manner, form and substance as provided by law, <br />and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conspicu- <br />ously posted copies of said notice along all of the open stre~tsi <br />within such district, not more than.three hundred (300) feet <br />in distance apart on each street, and did post on each street <br />at least 3 notices, and on all said streets ~ notices; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of <br />Santa Aha con~nenced to post the said notices on the 8th day of <br />September, 1923, and fully completed the posting thereof on the <br />5th d~y of September, 1923, more than ten days before the day <br />set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work <br />and improvement, al~ as appears by the affidavit of W.G.
