327 <br /> <br />represented shall be paid on the 2nd day of January and July <br />in each year, co~mnencing with the 2nd day of JanUary, 1925, <br />provided that the coupons representing the first payment of <br />interest which shall become due the 2nd day of January, 1925, <br />being six mouths before the maturity of the first annual ser- <br />ies of the bonds, shall be for the interest accruing thereon <br />from the 20th day of September, 19~Z. <br /> <br /> Bond No. i lu the denomination of $1V36.~3 shall <br />constitute annual series No. 1 and be payable July 2nd, 1925, <br />being the 2nd day of July next succeeding nine months after <br />the date of the bond. <br /> <br /> ~nnually thereafter on the 2nd day of July of each <br />year one additional bond in like denomination and in succes- <br />sive numerical order, shall fall due and be paid, until the <br />first five are paid, thereafter, annually, said bonds in the <br />denomination of $tV36.22 shall fall due and be paid; and the <br />bonds payable in each year shall constitute the annual series <br /> <br />for the year in which they are to be paid. <br /> Fourth <br /> <br /> All of the bonds shall be sold at the hour of <br />o'clock P.E. of Monday, the 29th day of October, 1923, to the <br />highest bidder therefor, but not less than their par, and <br />accrues interest at the date of their delivery, and the pro- <br />ceeds of the sale thereof shall be deposited in the treasury <br />of the Oity of S~nta Aha to the credit of Bush Street, East <br />20th St., West ~Oth St., East Sant~ Clara Ave., Improvement <br />Bond Redemption Fund, and from which there shall be paid to <br />the contractor or his assigns the balance due him upon the <br />assessment, and warrant, for the work done and improvement <br />made upon Said portion Of Bush Street, East'2Oth St., West <br />20th St., East Santa Clara Ave., including interest upon the <br />principal amount at the rate of 6% per annum from the 20th <br />day of September, 1923, and the surplus of such proceeds, if <br />any, shall be credited to said redemption fund for the payme~ <br />of such bonds. <br /> <br /> If uo satisfactory bids are received, or the Board <br />of Trustees determine that the bids received are not satis- <br />factory as to price or responsibility of the bidder, the <br />Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject ail bids re- <br />ceived, if any, and readvertise the bonds for sale, or deliv- <br />er said bonds to the contractor or his assigns, in satisfac- <br /> <br /> tion of the stun due him upon the assessment and warrant. <br /> Fifth <br /> <br /> The assessment, levy, and collection of taxes in <br />and for the City of Santa Aha being made through and by the <br />County of Orange, and the officers thereof, it is ordered <br />that a copy hereof be filed in the office of the auditor of <br />the County of Orange, California. <br /> <br /> <br />
