$36 Street Superintendent in making up the assessment for the cost and expenses of said repavement shall first deduct from the whole cost and expenses thereof the said sum of Thirty Thousand (~50,000.00) Dollars, and shall assess the remainder of said costs and expenses upon the lots, parts lands, liable to be provided by law, as of this Resolution of lots, and assessed for such work, and in the manner is h, reinbefore set forth in Section IV of Intention. TI~E AND PLACE 0F HEARING Section VI. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 5th day of November, 19~5, at V:50 o'clock P.~., in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Aha, any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said Board of Trus-. tees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. DIAGRAM OF PkOPERTY TO BE ASSEBSED Section VII. The City Engineer is hereby directed to make a diagram of the property affected or benefitted by the proposed work or improvement as described in this Resolu- tion of Intention, and to be assessed to pay the expenses there.of. Such diagram shall show each separate lot, piece or parcel of land, the~area in square feet of each of said lots, pieces or parcels of land, and the relative location o~ same to the work proposed to be done, all with. in the lim- its of said assessment district, which diagram shall govern for all details as to the assessment district, and is hereby referred to and made a part of this Resolution of Intention. PUBLICATION 0F RESOLUTION 0F INTENTION Section VIII. The ~anta Aha Daily Evening ReEister, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general cir- culation in the City of Santa Aha, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be pub- lished and the City Clerk of said city is hereby directed to cause this Re~lut!on Of Intention to be published by two insertions in s~d newspaper in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the notice of improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the POSTING 0F NOTICES OF IS~ROVEMENT Section IX. The Street Superlntendemt of s~id city shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said con- templated work or improvement, and along al! the open streets within the hereinbefore described assessment district, nott£ ces of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the man- ner and form required by law.
