Resolved, that the plans and specifications for the following work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Aua upon and ~ cng that open public street iu said ~ty, commonly known ss Spurgeon Street, and which portion thereof ~ described as follows: Spur~eon Street from the North line of Seventeenth Street to the South line of Twentieth Street. Said work being described as The grading and paving of the described portion of said Spurgeon Street with a five (5) inch concrete pavement, complete to the official grade. The construction of concrete curbs and sewers, with all appurtenances thereto. All. as prepared by the City Engineer and designa- ted as Assessment District No. 58, for the improvement of th~ above described street, and s~mitted this 2~nd day of Octo- ber, 1923, be, and the same are hereby, adopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing ssi~ work.
